Enefit Opens Customer Service Point in Tartu

Enefit has opened a new customer service point at its office in Tartu, operational every Tuesday and Thursday. Consultants will be available to assist customers with all energy-related inquiries, and contract agreements can also be made on-site.

"For Enefit, it is a priority to be accessible to our customers in the most convenient way," said Santa Tohver, Head of the Estonian Market at Enefit. "I am pleased to open a physical service point in Tartu, as life thrives in other parts of Estonia beyond Tallinn," she added.

"Enefit has not had a physical service point for quite some time, as all inquiries and contracts are being handled through our self-service platform and by phone. However, there are customers who prefer face-to-face discussions about their energy needs. Our new, eco-friendly representative office provides the ideal space to welcome customers, allowing us to be more accessible to them in Southern Estonia," Tohver explained.

Customers are welcome to visit the Enefit service point every Tuesday and Thursday from 9 AM to 1 PM and 2 PM to 5 PM. We are located in Tartu County, Tähtvere, next to the Tallinna maantee in the Roheline Park business quarter at Roheline 18 (the building bears the Enefit and Elektrilevi logos).
