Enefit is opening a customer service point in Tallinn

On 9 December, Enefit will open a customer service point in the Avala office building in Tallinn. A display area will be added in the new year. Contracts can be concluded on-site, and consultants will assist customers with any energy-related inquiries.

Enefit opened its first customer service point in August this year in Tartu. ‘The positive feedback we received from customers in Tartu County encouraged us to open a service point in Tallinn as well,’ said Santa Tohver, Head of Estonian Market at Enefit. ‘It is very important for us to be accessible to our customers in the most convenient way. Nowadays, contracts can be concluded through our self-service platform and any issues can be discussed over the phone. However, some customers prefer to talk about their energy needs face-to-face,’ she explained.

Early next year, the Tallinn customer service point will be completed with a display area exhibiting all the products and services offered by Enefit. For example, customers can take a closer look at various electric car chargers and check out a home battery storage solution.

Customers are welcome to visit the Enefit service point on every business day from 9 to 13 and from 14 to 17. We are located in the Avala business district in Tallinn at Veskiposti 2 (next to the Depo hardware store). You can take buses No 3, 16, 28, 39, 73 there (Varre bus stop). There is also a parking lot for guests.

You are welcome to visit us with any energy-related inquiries. It is possible to discuss the services you need and enter into contracts. On-site invoice payments are not available.
