Contract Extensions with Members of the Management Board
Based on today’s resolution of the Supervisory Council of Eesti Energia AS, it was decided to extend the terms of the service contracts with the current members of the Management Board of Eesti Energia. The extended term of the service contracts for the members of the Management Board is March 31, 2023, as it is for the Chairman of Management Board, Mr Hando Sutter. The Management Board of Eesti Energia will continue with four board members: Hando Sutter (as the Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer), Andri Avila (Chief Financial Officer), Raine Pajo (Chief Operations Officer) and Margus Vals (Chief Development Officer).
