Standard conditions of electricity sales contract are being changed
New standard conditions of Eesti Energia electricity sales contract will come into force at 12.08.2019. Standard conditions are an integral part of our electricity sales contract.
Changes:
- Customer has more time to react to the prolongation offer (previously 14 days, now 28 days)
- Customer can more quickly transfer from general service and competitor to our electicity contract (previous buffer was 21 days, now it is 7 days).
