Declaration of dividends for financial year 2013
In May 2014, Annual General Meeting of Eesti Energia declared 113.6 million euros of dividends payable to the sole shareholder for the financial year 2013. Eesti Energia expects to pay the aforementioned dividends in Q4 2014 and has on 2 June 2014 asked for the consent of the Ministry of Finance.
