Standard terms of universal service are changing
From 1.12.2021, the renewed standard terms and conditions of the universal service will enter into force. The standard terms and conditions of the universal service regulate the sale of electricity to small consumers connected to the Elektrilevi electricity network by way of universal service.
The most important change is the interest rate provided for legal entities in clause 5.5.
From 2022, universal service will only be available at a basic tariff. The amendment has been approved by the Competition Authority and is implemented upon their approval.
