Amendments in Eesti Energia loan portfolio

Enefit Green, a 100% owned subsidiary of Eesti Energia Group, has signed new unsecured loan contracts in total amount of 130 million euros. The contracts were signed on bilateral basis with SEB (80 million euros in total) and OP Corporate Bank plc Estonian branch (50-million-euro 5-year term loan). Loan agreements signed with SEB involve 2 revolving credit facilities (20-million-euro 3-year facility and a 20-million-euro 5-year facility), and a 40-million-euro term loan facility with 7-year term. Eesti Energia has cancelled prematurely a 50-million-euro revolving credit facility agreement with OP Corporate Bank plc Estonian branch, signed in September 2020. The purpose of the amendments in the group’s loan portfolio is to support the financing of Eesti Energia group’s strategy.
