As of October 1, 2020, the principles of Eesti Energia's customer data processing will change. We have made changes to make the principles clearer and easier to understand.

The most important changes are:

• we consolidated the privacy policy and the principles of customer data processing into one document;
• clarified when we ask for consents, what data we process and how you can manage consents;
• we also formulated the principles of data processing for those customers who do not have an electricity or gas contract with Eesti Energia;
• we supplemented the chapters on personal data retention periods, automatic decision-making and profiling.
