Changes in Eesti Energia AS group structure
The sole shareholder of Eesti Energia, the Republic of Estonia, has given a mandate today, on 2 July 2020, to the Extraordinary General Meeting of Eesti Energia to approve the division of Eesti Energia AS by separation. As a result of the division by separation, assets, rights and obligations regarding Tootsi windpark will be separated from Eesti Energia AS in accordance with law and under universal succession to a new fully owned subsidiary of Eesti Energia AS.
The described change is treated as an intra-group rearrangement that does not have any effect on the assets and business activity of Eesti Energia AS group.
