Eesti Energia's equity increase completed
With reference to the 27 March 2020 London Stock Exchange notification, Eesti Energia announces that the sole shareholder of the company, Republic of Estonia, has conducted the equity pay-in of 125 million euros as of 1 April 2020.
As a result, the company's share capital has increased from 621.6 million euros to 746.6 million euros through issue of 125 million new shares with nominal value of 1 euro.
