Appointment of new Audit Committee member
Eesti Energia Supervisory Council has appointed Mr Mait Palts as new member of Eesti Energia Audit Committee. The Audit Committee now consists of four members.
Mr Mait Palts is Director General at Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry since 2011. He has previously been Head of the Policy and Legal Department and Lawyer at the same organisation. Among several other Board and Council member positions at various organisations, Mr Palts is currently acting as Chairman of the Council of Estonian Qualifications Authority, Chairman of the Board at the Estonian Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer Centre, Chairman of the Board at Estonian State Defence Promotion Foundation. Mait Palts holds MA in Law from University of Tartu Institute of Law.
