Appointment of new Supervisory Council member
Extraordinary General Meeting of Eesti Energia held on 1 August 2014 passed the resolution subject to which Supervisory Council member Mr Meelis Atonen was recalled. Extraordinary General Meeting appointed Mr Erkki Raasuke as a new member of Eesti Energia Supervisory Council.
From September 2013, Mr Erkki Raasuke has served as the Managing Director of LHV Group. In 2012-13 he worked as an advisor to the Minister of Economic Affairs and Communications, simultaneously also holding the position of Head of Supervisory Council of Estonian Air. Between 2009 and 2011 he served as the Chief Financial Officer of Swedbank AB, having worked on various positions within Swedbank Group from 1994 onwards. Mr Raasuke holds a degree in Economics from Tallinn Technical University.
